Procedure of enforcement

If a question via the above named contact channel remains completely or in part unanswered for six weeks, the Bavarian Office for Digitization, Broadband Internet and Land Survey according to § 3, article 2, sentence 1 BayEGovV examines on the user’s request if in its supervisory function it has to take measures against the obligated.
